About this role:

This role is an exciting leadership opportunity to be a critical part of the transformation of the Workspace Services organization that includes End User, Conferencing, Communication and Collaboration services (including virtual desktop , platform. Mobile, video and other workspace products and services) within the CTO India &Philippines organization.

We are seeking a Technology Director who will be responsible for developing an end user strategy and delivering end user satisfaction for products and endpoints in collaboration with global teams . The individual must have a proven track record in delivering end user solutions that are cost effective, innovative, secure, scalable, and reliable. In addition to having a solid technical background, this candidate must have excellent communications skills, be able to work with business leaders and vendors, and have a passion for agile and product management. The ideal candidate will have primary responsibility for defining and implementing the next generation of end user and collaboration products and services and experience driving day-to-day operational support and continuous improvement. in collaboration with local and global teams

This leader will provide technology end user solutions for the company in collaboration with global teams, including virtual desktop and platform, mobile, phone, video, and collaboration services. In addition, this leader will drive end user innovation and help desk support services. This leader will be accountable for capacity planning, efficiency, financial management, availability, risk management, and time-to-market for end user.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead Wells Fargo\'s end user computing and collaboration product strategy in collaboration with WXPS Global leader while overseeing the implementation and lifecycle management of associated solutions.

  • Collaborate with US teams to develop strategies and Identify technologies that will improve customer satisfaction, reduce cost, improve efficiency, and enhance the ability to satisfy the financial needs of our customers.

  • Partner with business functions, manage a technology roadmap and develop new solutions with rich user experience based on clearly defined business requirements.

  • Collaborate with US teams to Develop and maintain technology standards based on industry best ptactices.

  • Collaborate with US teams to Develop, implement, and improve end user policies, procedures, metrics, tools and process optimization.

  • Understand complex technical issues and manage them within a fast-paced 24/7/365 business environment and manage 24 x 7 service desk and deskside support globally

  • Plan and implement IT portion of the office buildouts.

  • Ensures performance and availability of services meet SLA\'s and objectives. Develop continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Build a high-performing team culture focusing on global communication, career development and consistent policy enforcement

  • Effectively communicate relevant performance and IT-related information to executives, business leaders, and key partners

  • Actively contribute to a high-growth, transformational group that is collaborative, innovative, and relentlessly focused on improving the end user workspace experience

Required Qualifications:
  • 18+ years of experience, at least 5 years in senior management roles leading large teams, with demonstrable success in creating and driving effective engineering transformation in technology teams in multinational business environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation, leadership skills
  • Engineering mindset , experience of working across senior stakeholders and user-groups. Experience of working with technology teams spanning product, engineering and platform support
  • Global leader with strong experience of engaging at the leadership level
