Qualifications: B.Tech; MBA is preferredYears of Experience: 2+ yearsResponsibilities: Serve government/ public or private sector clients in consulting projects. Participate in problem-solving efforts and offer areas improvement to drive client/project success. Developing logically sound and evidence-based market research/ recommendations. Build relationships and communicate effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders.Specific functional requirements:
- Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge / experience in power and utilities domain (especially in subjects related to power distribution such as regulatory, policy, tariff setting, bid advisory, Energy accounting, AT&C loss reduction, policy and regulatory support, business/ utility transformation, procurement/ contracts)
- Take ownership of tasks and delivery with the ability to run your own work stream
- Be comfortable managing ambiguity and uncertain environments
- Possess sharp analytical skills and problem solving abilities
- Have the willingness to learn and adapt to the changing landscape
- Communicate and interact effectively with senior client personnel for delivering engagements
