The team essentially consists of specialists and Subject Matter Experts in Infrastructure Sectors like Transportation & Logistic (Aviation, Railways, Ports & Integrated Logistics), Energy and Resources, Industrial Infrastructure, Roads & Highways, Urban Transport, Water Supply & Sanitation, etc., government policies, regulations and governance; public service delivery such as public health, education and skill development. Infrastructure practice supports and works with various ministries and departments at the Central & State Government levels. Our clients include infrastructure players, private equity players, government bodies, public sector organizations, and various multilateral and bilateral agencies.Our professional services span a broad range including assisting clients in development of sector strategies and policies, market entry strategies, financial / commercial financial viability assessment, project formulation, feasibility assessments, governance and administrative reforms, institutional strengthening, capacity development, organization restructuring, reforms and restructuring, regulatory & policy reviews, accounting and financial management, fiscal analysis, e-governance projects, technology enabled public service delivery, socio-economic assessment, monitoring and evaluation, impact/outcome assessments for Public Private Partnerships, etc.Deloitte brings an in-depth understanding of infrastructure projects and public sector at all levels-national, state, district, and local levels--gained through years of consistent service to this critical segment of our economy. It is this understanding that allows us to develop advanced thought leadership and contribute as a strategic partner in development initiatives for infrastructure sectors both in the public and private space as well as for public sector in general.Desired qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience with at least 3 years of experience in data analysis/ GIS based planning/ data storage & presentation, and managing MIS
• The specialist should have experience of carrying out public/urban transport data analysis.
• Experience in application of GIS software (ArcGIS/Q GIS), MS office etc. is mandatory

Location and way of working

• Base location: Chennai
• This profile will involve travel for work.
• While hybrid is our default way of working, each domain has customized the hybrid approach to their unique needs and it also depends on client engagements.
