Technology and Digitization lead

What this job involves:

The Technology and Digitization lead will be responsible for successful delivery of a comprehensive range of Technology and digital services and support to the account/client. He/she is also responsible to manage the day-to-day operation of the existing solutions and implementation of new solutions to enhance the technology solution offering to support the work Dynamics offered services to client

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Good Knowledge in Information Management, Project Management or equivalent
• Experience in developing, application and maintaining knowledge systems for SMEs is an advantage.
• Strong writing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• This will include managing end-to-end product delivery from strategic planning to tactical activities, including undertaking the requisite transformational and change management efforts to ensure a successful implementation of new digital solutions.
• Independent and self-motivated to achieve work excellence
• Digitization Manager will provide data quality control, analytics of data, and coordinate and deliver progress reports.
• Mentored team at all levels from requirement gatherings, analysing, concept development, design reviews, feasibility study, execution to implementation using industry best practices while ensuring project objectives are aligned with strategic goal
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Work closely with the India and Global teams on the implementation and operationalization of the digital programs.
• Work with vendor partners for the regular operational issues rectification and improvement of services in the existing implemented projects.
• Manage project inter-dependencies, identify resources & assign tasks with execution timelines to meet milestones commitment, resolve team conflicts & tools/infrastructure challenges.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, business partners, internal development team & global cross functional teams to review contracts, product specifications, acceptance criteria, design reviews, project progress, prototypes, testing & release
• Conduct retrospectives meetings, quality audits to ensure deliverables meets compliance & acceptance criteria requirements. Provide value added feedback/ideas to customer in terms of additional functional offerings or cost savings opportunity
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions, Ideation, SWOT analysis, UAT & TTT programs, Scrum meetings & kick-off meetings.
• Functional and operational understanding of Facility management and related processes.

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Electrical / Electronics and Communication / Instrumentation and Control Engineering

12+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in maintenance management role

Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including BMS systems, electrical, HVAC and mechanical systems
