Description and RequirementsMust have 4-6 years of experience.Should be B.Tech/BCA/MCAGood understanding of GPON & Copper architectureFamiliar with different types of OLT/DSLAMsUnderstanding of fibre optics and deploymentUnderstanding of various services like DSL, HSI, Voice, IPTV etc.Good to have knowledge of Central Offices/Telephone Exchanges and installed devices/serversBasic understanding of networking - OSI model, routers, switchesAbility to coordinate with various teams for the successful completion of tasksUnderstanding of GPON planning and implementationGood to have knowledge of NetcrackerGood to have prior knowledge Circuit Vision toolKnowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyFollow up on pending request with stakeholder to ensure timely closure of requestProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsGreat attention to detail.Must be comfortable working Late evening/night shift permanently.Additional Must possess good verbal written communication skills.Ability to work in a team and handle pressure and demands.EEO StatementAt TELUS International, we enable customer experience innovation through spirited teamwork, agile thinking, and a caring culture that puts customers first.
