Description and RequirementsMust have 4-6 years experience.Should be Btech or equivalent.Must be CCNA Certified or Trained.Understanding of software upgrades/hardware upgrades & capacity additions for Nokia, Juniper & Cisco Routers.Should have prior working knowledge related to CO to CO Groom and Migration related work for Routers.Hands on experience on Routers and Switches - Juniper, Nokia & CiscoShould have working experience on Tacacs or Radius environments.Knowledge of Cards addition(PIP) & removal work on Nokia OLTs(7360,7342), Dslams(7330) & Routers(Nokia/Juniper/Cisco).Knowledge of Central Offices/Telephone Exchanges and installed devicesGood to have prior knowledge on various tools like Netcracker, Nu-remedy, SMA, Intelliden, Nokia NSP.Must be comfortable working Late evening/night shifts permanently.Must be comfortable working from the office permanentlyShould be flexible with working on Indian holidays.Must be comfortable relocating to Delhi/Noida region.Shift-Canadian working hours.Additional Operating System Upgrades of backbone/edge routers (RE/SE/CA/SA/BR/GR)VLAN/Service additionsWorkload Admin / Assignments in RMOAPPD Responses to project managersOperating System Upgrades (SROS/Junos etc)Hardware Upgrades (CPM5 etc)Capacity/LAG additionsCard AddsRE Satellite BuildsCard RemovalsQSFP AddsPolicy Updates/ConformanceHardware UpgradesCapacity/LAG additionsEEO StatementAt TELUS International, we enable customer experience innovation through spirited teamwork, agile thinking, and a caring culture that puts customers first.
