Join us in shaping the future of technology and engineering solutions on a global scale.Position SummaryPosition Summary and LocationThe Technologist I, Infrastructure Applications is responsible for creating, testing, and publishing software packages in an enterprise System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune deployment system at Chandigarh Location.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDuties and ResponsibilitiesREQUIREDn Minimum two (2) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the below or equivalent combination of education and experience.n Creating and testing SCCM/Intune software applications and packagesn Basic knowledge of the System Center Configuration Manager Console and Intunen Basic skills using Active Directory in a distributed global environment, basic scripting ability using PowerShell, batch files, Auto-it, Vb-script, etc., and basic knowledge of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.DESIREDn Experience with Windows/Office patch deployment within SCCM.n Familiar with creating and managing operating system images using SCCM.n Experience with deployment tools such as Admin Studio or other enterprise software packaging tools.n Basic knowledge of scheduling and deploying application upgrades in an enterprise environmentSupervisory Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 This position has/does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.Reporting RelationshipManager I, Client PlatformsQualificationsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristicsn Basic knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager and InTunen Experience in automation technologies using scripting languages.n Demonstrates strong troubleshooting skills.n Creative thinker who actively pursues processes improvementsn Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from external and internal customers.n Ability to create technical documentation.Closing StatementWorking Conditionsn Almost exclusively indoors during the day and at nightn Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplacen Work surface is stable (flat)Physical Activity/RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee tosuccessfully perform the essential functions of this job.
