JD:

• 2 or more years of experience in an Operations / Business Analyst / Process improvement role, within Life / General Insurance companies.
• You have good working knowledge of Insurance practice - either Life Insurance OR General Insurance. Having an experience with BOTH is a plus.
• You as logical thinkers, with insurance functional, design and architectural acumens can easily grasp emerging ecosystem changes. Thus you are able to work with any technical architects to design best solutions for insurance industry leveraging digital / cloud technologies, to offer SaaS models for future.
• You are a great listener and your quest to understand customer requirements and problems and can translate them into unique value proposition, pay-as-you-go services, product features and functionality, and sustainable solutions.
• While performing individually, you are a proactive team player, as comfortable presenting in person as you're via conference calls and web demo platforms
• You're good at networking and getting in touch with others quickly.
• You've got a well-structured working style and are used to managing many projects at the same time.
• You have very good writing and communication skills in English.
• You have very good proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.

Overview:

• End to end work on Request for Proposals (RFP) / Request for Information (RFI) and proposals
• Techno-functional - should have worked in Insurance with technology understanding
• Comfortable to design- blue print client needs into rules sets/ process models/ intuitive user interfaces/ adaptive API's for spearheading, setting and leading demonstrations and POC's
• Work involves, RFPs, Demonstrations, cost estimations, commercial models, product configurations with industry best experts.
• Consultative approach for end to end digital insurance transformational solutions and SaaS services

Explanation:

• Hands-on in the insurance industry with functional background as work would involve coordinating with business users and partners.
• Responsible for end-to-end work on RFPs / RFIs and proposals along with team members
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
