We are hiring for Techno-Commercial Sales(Raw material) in chemical industry for Pan Gujarat and Uttarakhand location

Experience : 3-10 years experience in sales of Raw material to Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care product manufacturers.

CTC: 6-10 LPA

Gender: Male only

:

? Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue

goals.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care industry.

? Meet with Scientists & Procurement teams of customers to introduce & promote our raw materials.

? Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the selection and use of our

raw materials.

? Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.

? Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers.

? Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.

? Collaborate with internal teams, including Supply Chain, and accounts, to ensure timely

delivery of products and services.

? Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company & CRM system.

? Attend industry events and trade shows to promote company products and services.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor& degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field

? Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales of raw materials to Pharmaceutical, Home

& Personal Care product manufacturers

? Strong technical knowledge of Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care raw materials and their applications

? Fluent in regional language• along with English & Hindi

? Excellent communication and presentation skills

? Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

? Willingness to travel as needed.
