Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and Develop New Business: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities. Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
• Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional service.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by actively closing sales and securing contracts.
• Present Products/Services: Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the benefits and features that align with client needs.
• Negotiate and Close Deals: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and secure agreements to achieve profitable sales results.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive strategies, client satisfaction, and timely delivery.
• Maintain Records and Reports: Document all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
