About The RolePosition: D365 Techno Functional Support SpecialistNo of openings: 1Reporting to: National Manager xe2x80x93 Service OperationsLocation: Remote/ HybridWhat You Will DoThis position reports to the Global Support Team Manager and will work closely together with Process andTechnical Specialists to provide timely support to the daily operation of business applications at Gunneboensuring the functionality and stability of the Enterprise Systems Landscape. The candidate must possessexcellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a diverse, multicultural environment. The candidateshould also have a sense of ownership over all central business applications and should ensure smooth dailyoperation of the application in the positionxe2x80x99s purview.The position will primarily focus on supporting internal users across globe in Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and application integrated to the CRM and ERP. The ERPand CRM systems being currently used in Gunnebo are:

  • D365 F&O and CE
Major Responsibilities:Provide timely and high-quality L1 and L2 support for ERP, CRM and applications integrated withthem.Escalate L3 support requests to Support Manager, Process Specialist, or Development team asnecessary; track issue through to completion.Develop recommendations for application enhancements using comprehensive reporting and results oftrend analysis identifying user issues.Build and maintain ownership of knowledge base for commonly encountered issues within applications.Author and oversee all technical and functional documentation necessary to facilitate usage andadoption of applications, including user and admin guides; routinely review documentation to ensureaccuracy.Plan and host ad-hoc webinars, tele-conferences, and/or in-person meetings to better train and supportapplication users.Who we are looking forQualification: Graduate in any stream.Minimum 2-3 yearsxe2x80x99 of experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics application.Preferred experience in D365 F&O and CE.Functional Skills:Support of ERP & CRM in D365.Strong written and oral communication in English and interpersonal skills.Strong sense of customer service.Works well with others in an integrated team environment.Fast ,independent learner, Self-motivated and a problem solver.Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 2013 and Office 365.A sense of personal ownership of the applications, and the drive to keep customers well satisfied withthe level of support they receive.
