Job Title: Car Service Technician

Job Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Car Service Technician to join our automotive service team. The Car Service Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles, ensuring they are safe and roadworthy. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with vehicle systems and components.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and ensure safety compliance.
• Use diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately diagnose issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Test drive vehicles after repairs to ensure proper handling and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair services performed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repairs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or automotive training preferred.
• Proven experience as a Car Service Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy parts and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification.
• Previous experience in an automotive service center or dealership.
• Proficiency with computerized diagnostic tools and software.
• Customer service experience in an automotive environment.

Qualifications:

Diploma Mechanical and EEE, BE-Mechanical And EEE.

ITI-Auto Mech, Diesel Mech.
