• Job Title: LAN TECHNICIAN

:

We are seeking a skilled LAN Technician to join our Networking Department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in LAN activities , including cable laying and termination, CCTV installation, Access Control System (ACS) fitting, and voice communication systems . This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical abilities and the capability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cable Laying and Termination:
• Plan and execute cable laying and termination for LAN setups.
• Ensure proper labeling and organization of cables.
• CCTV Installation:
• Install and configure CCTV systems.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV setups.
• ACS Fitting:
• Install and maintain Access Control Systems (ACS).
• Ensure systems are functioning correctly and securely.
• Voice Communication Systems:
• Set up and maintain voice communication systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to voice systems.
• Network Infrastructure Support:
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Provide support for network-related issues and ensure minimal downtime.
• Documentation:
• Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Prepare reports on work completed and issues resolved.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in LAN activities.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in cable laying and termination.
• Experience with CCTV installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Access Control Systems (ACS) fitting.
• Understanding of voice communication systems setup and maintenance.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks related to installation and maintenance activities.
• Interpersonal Skills: Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and other departments.

Location: Based on project requirements, may require travel to various sites.
