Coordination with R&D and kilo lab for scale up and validation activities. . Process fitment, basic modification and RM calculation for scale up upto final stage. . Witness the demo batch and make evalution of project. . Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules as per target. . Ensure safety and proper housekeeping of the plant to maintain auditable 24 7 . Coordination with utility and maintenance dept.
