We are hiring Solar Technicians

Job Profile

Location: Sreekaryam

Qualification: ITI (Electrical)

Experience: Freshers

Salary: 12000 Plus Overtime pay

Job type: full time

(Candidates with two wheeler and located around 20 km from Sreekaryam preferred)

Job Overview

The role of a Solar Technician is multifaceted, involving various responsibilities related to the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar energy systems and also ensuring proper customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

1. Investigate and address customer complaints related to inverters promptly, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.

2. Attend and resolve any complaints or issues arising from solar installations, ensuring that systems operate efficiently and meet performance expectations.

3. Conduct routine maintenance on solar installations to ensure optimal performance, including cleaning panels, checking connections, and addressing any potential issues.

4. Install solar water heaters, and Inverters in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring proper connection to existing systems and addressing any technical issues.

5.Maintain accurate records of service activities, including details of complaints, resolutions, maintenance schedules, and installations.
