We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Operations Manager

to oversee our team of technicians. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling, deploying, and tracking technicians across multiple locations, ensuring efficient workflow and up-to-date records.

Key Responsibilities:

Assign and coordinate technicians to different locations based on project needs and availability. Monitor technician performance, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Maintain accurate records of technician schedules, work status, and client feedback. Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless execution of projects. Address any logistical or operational challenges faced by the team. Implement and track KPIs for technician productivity and service quality. Train and mentor technicians on operational best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or field management. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using operations management tools and tracking systems. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage a large field team effectively. Experience in the tech or logistics industry is a plus.
