To perform cleaning and operation of all Granulation Equipment as per SOP.
To perform cleaning of Granulation area as per SOP
To Fill sequential log of Equipment
Maintain hygiene and sanitization practices.
To fill the BMR online
To do product verification w.r.t. product name, batch no. quantity as per container Label against the BMR and MIO before starting the Granulation.
To ensure the status labeling of in process material during Granulation
To Perform Passivation of newly received SS Parts, SS fabricated parts of equipment
To report any abnormalities to immediate supervisor
