### Job Description


• Repair and Maintenance:


• Repair or replace faulty components of EV chargers, including circuit boards, connectors, and wiring.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure that charging stations are functioning optimally.
• Upgrade existing EV charging equipment as needed to enhance performance and compliance with

regulations.

• Installation Support:


• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new EV chargers, ensuring proper setup and

functionality.
• Provide guidance on optimal placement and installation practices to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Documentation:


• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory of parts and supplies.
• Prepare reports on work completed, including findings and follow-up recommendations.

• Customer Service:


• Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, repairs, and maintenance needed for their

charging equipment.

• Continuing Education:


• Stay updated on the latest advancements in electric vehicle charging technology and repair

techniques.
• Participate in workshops, training sessions, and certification programs as necessary.

• Collaboration:


• Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and installation teams to ensure efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain technical support and parts as needed.
