Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in Equipment Maintenance and Technical Support
• Qualification: Diploma/IT/Btech-Electrical
• Proficiency in Testing procedures and Communication skills
• Knowledge of Product Service and New Installation processes
• Familiarity with AMC Services and industry standards
• Certifications in relevant technical fields are a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform Equipment Maintenance tasks and troubleshooting for clients
• Provide Technical Support and Testing for IT and Telecommunication systems
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Handle Product Service, New Installations, and AMC Services
• Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers for complex issues
