The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, addressing technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.Key Responsibilities:1. Product Demonstrations:Conduct live product demos for customers, both in-house and on-site. Explain the features, benefits, and usage of the products in simple terms. Train customers on advanced operations and maintenance of the appliances.2. After-Sales Service:Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of small home appliances. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and efficiently. Replace or repair defective components under warranty and service agreements.3. Training & Support:Train home visit technicians and floor technicians on product specifications and service protocols. Collaborate with customer service teams to provide insights for resolving customer queries effectively.4. Customer Interaction:Liaise with customers to understand their problems and offer tailored solutions. Provide recommendations for product care and preventive maintenance. Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach at all times.5. Documentation & Reporting:Record details of service calls, repairs, and parts replacements. Provide feedback on recurring issues to improve product design and service processes. Ensure all service activities are logged accurately in the system.6. Technical Expertise:Stay updated on the latest features and advancements in small home appliances. Suggest improvements in product design or performance based on field experience.Technical Skills:Strong troubleshooting and repair skills. Familiarity with electrical and mechanical components of small appliances. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Additional Requirements:Willingness to travel for on-site demos and service visits. Valid driving license. • Regional Language and English preferred.
• Educational Qualification - Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience - 2+ years of experience in technical service or product demonstrations, preferably in the home appliances industry. (Freshers are also considered if interested)
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have working knowledge of Troubleshooting, Repairing, Electrical & Mechanical Knowledge, Product Expertise, Customer Service, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Installation and Maintenance
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are willing to undertake more than 100% travel.
