DESCRIPTIONThe OTS Field team has a charter to transform Field IT
- Headcount Rationalization on the basis of right skills at the right level (technical vs tactical) to ensure we exceed service levels, move Sev 3,4 and 5 to Service Desk and time to resolve for Sev 1,2 significantly improves
- Lead asset recovery and implement controller-ship of assets across APAC countries and lead the effort t launch controller-ship of assets worldwide
- Total cost of ownership - rationalize spend to save$$ within same financial year - strategic sourcing, deice optimization and inventory management
- Optimise process paths and redefine speed to value for all process paths and enhance customer experienceKey job responsibilities
Program manage end to end
- new device assessments
- process path redefinitions
- device configurations
- launches of new hardware/software and strategic initiatives
- Regional dashboards for leadership visibility and reporting
- lead WBRs, MBRs, QBRs for the region - work with country PoCs to create decks and conduct dive deeps in prep for reviewsAbout the team
OTS Field is the IT backbone of fulfillment and operations for Amazon. This team leads all technical interventions(devices and software) for enablement of fulfillment. There are strategic initiatives identified to transform this team into a high customer experience, high SLA service.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in site setups and implementations
