Position: Technical/Content Writer Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Experience:3yrs-5.5years : The person in this role will respond to technical solicitations, and develop content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website. The perfect candidate will be abreast of the American style of writing and preparation of proposals. He/She will also assist the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns. Responsibilities Prepare presentations/proposals and contracts for IT services Develop copy on a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (such as the website, blogs, articles, and social media) Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure all content is optimized for search engines and drives organic traffic to the website Understand company culture and target audience to develop content that reflects organizational values. Research markets and industries to create content that is innovative and original Create eye-catching and innovative headlines Collaborate with campaign managers, creative team, and designers. Review and implement process changes to drive operational excellence Creating a unique brand voice based on audience persona and social listening research Writing all forms of web content based on SEO best practices Requirements Knowledge of the SDLC process and an understanding of the various IT services. Strong written communication skills with an emphasis on creativity, editing, and proofreading Exposure and experience in creating business / commercial presentations and responding to RFQs / RFPs would be an added advantage Ability to grasp new technologies and drive executions quickly Excellent time management and organizational skills Must have prior experience in the software development industry Thanks & Regards, Prashanthi SR IT Recruiter
