Awareness of Digital Adoption Platforms, which are increasingly being used to enhance user assistance and onboarding experiences.
Proficient in working with numbers and calculations.
Experience as an effective technical writer, preferably in an agile development environment.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in English, Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field of study.
8-10 years of technical writing experience in developing help documentation, release notes, and eLearning/training videos.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
