:Principal AccountabilitiesKey Responsibilities and Duties:
Understand product documentation requirements for new features and user stories to develop Documentation for internal developers, business analysts and customers
Prepare well-structured drafts based on Civica templates and regulatory requirements.
Take ownership to produce all product publications such as user guides, release notes, online help and training content.
Liase with key stakeholders to create, review and verify information.
Simplify complex technical descriptions into user friendly information while retaining the integrity of the product feature.
Familiarise with the product application and document features independently with minimum supervision.
Follow and adhere to release cycles.
Follow internal writing guidelines and publishing process.
Provide accurate and concise updates to Senior Tester / Product Owner / Project and or Test Manager.
Build collaborative relationships within the Civica Group both internally and externally to the testing team and with partners. Ensure that effective communication is maintained with team members on the same or related projects / product teams to build common goals and avoid misunderstandings.
Create fresh, high-quality, and trendy documents and content.
Comply with Civica's ISO 9001 Quality Management System. First class and above grade in bachelor's degree from a university of UGC accreted.
Requirements:Essential Competencies

Comfortable with MS Word and Office applications.
