IAM Business Consultant/Technical Writer Description

We are looking for a person who has a good understanding of IAM domain with a basic hands-on in IAM products. We believe you have ability to create high-quality documents that contributes to the overall success of our products.

You will work against fixed timelines and your success will be measured by the ability to deliver on time. Your tasks include:

Work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers and usability experts to learn about the functionality of the products, features or processes.

Develop documentations (requirement, design, guides, etc.) in mark-down language.

Write, update and review product-related documents such as admin guide, user guide, implementation guide, etc.

IAM Business Consultant/Technical Writer

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science/Information
• Technology/Engineering or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in any IAM domain.
