The OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Components team within Factory Sustainable Solutions and OEM Components, Business Sector Key Components, Plant Solutions & Channel Management in PSE is recruiting a Technical Writer to strengthen our Support Team.

The OEM Components team is responsible for our global product portfolio of OEM components such as pumps, valves, measuring instruments, electrical & automation and integration components. The portfolio thus includes components purchased from selected suppliers. We drive the continuous improvement of the OEM portfolio to ensure competitiveness and to support business strategies whilst complying to Tetra Pak standards and legal requirements.



The position is permanent and based in Chakan, Pune India.


What you will do
--------------------



In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our components and their documentation. You will work in close collaboration with our engineering stakeholders, suppliers and competence partners.



You will focus on

• Review, write, edit, and publish technical content according to Tetra Pak Corporate Standards, style guidance and legal requirements
• Acquire subject knowledge by interviewing suppliers, product owners and engineers, referring to technical specifications, illustrations, schematics
• Coordinate with suppliers and relevant business stakeholders for maintenance instructions and spare parts, make changes in the system
• Link correct spare parts and maintenance recommendations in SAP/R3 to created material numbers
• Create/update Maintenance and Spare Parts manuals (MaSP) for created OEM Components
• Manage change requests for existing materials related to master data errors/product updates
• Manage cancellations of existing material numbers as per supplier's and other stakeholders' input
• Other tasks supporting other departments in the scope of technical documentation

We believe you have:

• University bachelor's degree within engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation/Chemical/Process/ Food or other relevant education combined with relevant work experience
• Min 3 to 5 years of experience in Engineering change management/Technical support/Technical writing related to valves, pumps or measuring instruments
• Author with single source content tools (Dita XML/Arbortext/Translation Management System)
• Ability to author technical content using clear and understandable language
• Working knowledge of back-office processes and ERP systems (SAP/R3).
• Good understanding of Mechanical assembly and engineering BoM
• Experience in digitization and automation is an advantage
• Passion about technology and working in dynamic environment, independently and as part of a team
• Fluent English knowledge (both written and spoken) and good communication skills
• Strong MS Office skills, Advance excel skills
• Open to change and to learn new tools and ways of working
• Strong time management skills to deliver on time and with good quality
