As a Technical Writer - SAAS, you will play a pivotal role in creating comprehensive technical documentation, user stories, specification documents, manuals, and guides. Collaborating closely with development teams, product managers, team leaders, vendors, and stakeholders, you will ensure the accurate conveyance of technical information to our end-users. YOUR RESPONSIBILITYYour role extends beyond local collaboration, encompassing effective communication with our overseas team. Serving as a bridge between teams, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination and understanding between the Teams. Your commitment to accuracy, clarity, and completeness will shine through as you keep our technical content up-to-date, reflecting the latest product developments. • Create and maintain technical documentation, user stories, manuals, and guides for our SAAS products.
• Develop and deliver Training documents to all new and existing clients.
• Create Training manuals and videos.
• Collaborating closely with development teams, product manager, team leaders and subject matter experts from both locations, you will gather critical information and insights to accurately convey complex technical details to a diverse audience.
• Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of technical content, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay updated with product developments and updates to accurately reflect changes in documentation.
• Work within an agile environment, adapting to fast-paced development cycles.
• Working with cross-functional teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and documentation requirements.
• Responsible for authoring high-quality product documentation that is appropriate for the products intended persona.
• Writing easy-to-understand online contextual help, developer guides, user guides and administrator guides .
• Seeking to drive uniformity of user displayed text on interfaces
• Creating tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications and scenarios. Analysing existing and new content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
• Creating and maintaining the information architecture. Developing content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation

ABOUT YOUThis full-time position will suit someone who:

• Strong technical communication and Technical Writing skills.
• Proven experience in technical documentation, User stories, creating manuals and guides
• Strong skills in creating technical content for SAAS products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with excellent command over the English Language.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field
• Experience with SAAS, software development, is a plus
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript a plus
