Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience producing technical documentation for a technical audience.
- Experience in technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with networking or cloud IaaS products.
- Experience with computer networking technologies, such as Domain Name System (DNS), routers, Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) routing protocol, firewalls and firewall rules including iptables, Virtual Private Networks and cloud-based services, and load balancers and proxies.
- Experience working in a Unix environment and with HTML or markdown.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, support multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take initiative.
