Roles & Responsibility:

Collaborate with technical staff to understand the product and document features, specifications, and workflows
Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and easy to understand
Work with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify documentation needs and prioritize tasks
Develop and maintain templates, style guides, and different documentation standards
Review and edit content created by others to ensure consistency and adherence to standards
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing
Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor\'s degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in technical writing, with a strong portfolio of samples
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical concepts.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working with content management systems and other tools for creating and publishing documentation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of industry-standard style guides and documentation best practices

Preferred Candidate:

Experience working with cloud-based technologies and software as a service (SaaS) products.
