xe2x97x8f Gather information through product specification docs, interviews, product demos and product exploration
xe2x97x8f Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to understand the concepts well and create well-thought-through documents
xe2x97x8f Understand the various user journeys and present the content in a manner that can be easily consumed
xe2x97x8f Use aids like diagrams, flowcharts and videos in the articles as and when required to explain the concepts better
xe2x97x8f Peer-review, editing and proofreading
xe2x97x8f Continuously work towards improving the quality of content
xe2x97x8f Work with internal teams, identify the documentation bugs and gaps and work on the feedbackRequired Skills and Experience
xe2x97x8f 2-4 years of experience in technical writing
xe2x97x8f Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
xe2x97x8f Work experience in developing procedural software documentation.
