- Excellent written communication skills in English essential
- Experience in Create and maintain high quality customer information products
- Domain Knowledge on Telecomm / Networking
- Expert in Tools like DITA/ XML authoring, Frame Maker, Adobe Acrobat
- Self-motivated and flexible, with ability to handle multiple projects and move quickly among them
- Must have 5-7 years of technical writer
- experience BA/MA, English/Technical Communications; BS/MS, Engineering/Computer Science; or equivalent Quality Assurance
