This position requires the ability to describe a highly technical solution in an easy to understand and concise manner.This position also requires managing the localization work required to offer our solution in several global languages.The technical writer is an integral member of the development and maintenance projects giving input to product managers and designers from an end user perspective.There is a need to fully understand the existing documentation and consolidate the information.Technical Skills:Any Graduate or Postgraduate3+ years of experience in Technical writingExperience working in DITA/XML based authoring environmentWell versed in traditional documentation authoring toolsExperience in conducting technical reviewsExperience in publishing content in online formatsAgile methodology experienceHigh quality consciousnessExcellent English written and verbal skillsExperience writing for Windows applicationsBase knowhow in telephony concepts/business phone systemsTechnical enough to be able to install and maintain a lab environment with our software in order to have a system to use to properly describe our solutionFor more information, visit or follow us on LinkedIn .Mitel is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment.
