Collaborates on new documentation with product management, project management, R&D, translations, and QA.Work closely with education and training, project management, product management and regulatory teams to understand core product releases and needed documentation.Work closely with internal consumers (esp. Client Education, PM, PDM, QA, Manufacturing, R&D) to develop needed documentation.Develop and publish documentation needed for clinical trials including (but not limited to):Short Guides / Quick Start GuidesInstructions for Use / Product Guides / Account GuidesPatient CardsProcedure Manuals / Site ManualsManage the translation of all documentation into any necessary language by external vendors.Meet all deadlines for product releases and studies.Adopt the Clario technical writing style guide that sets guidance for writing style and terminology in customer facing technical documents in the development of all documents.Collaborate with other members of the content development team to adopt a consistent look and feel for all deliverables that contributes to the development of high-quality, professional learning materials.Reviewing documentation for compliance with internal SOPs and federal regulationsOther responsibilities as assigned by leadership.What we look forBachelors degree in English, communication, business administration or technical writing1-2 years experience in a role with similar responsibilities and dutiesAbility to distil complex concepts from a variety of sources into clear, usable documentation.Strong writing skills (grammar, punctuation, form, content, structure, etc.) and attention to detailAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Office (esp. Word, Excel, Visio) and publishing software (Adobe Creative Suite)Experience writing in a regulated industry and in a regulated environment are desirable.At Clario, we put people first, always.
