Job Description
Responsibilities: Understand Vajram 2-wheeler product and system architecture. Collaborate with system developers and suppliers to acquire in-depth knowledge of the Vajram 2-wheeler product and system architecture. Provide assistance during proto vehicle development, testing, and field trials. Identify and troubleshoot electric bike complaints efficiently. Strategize and implement advanced spare parts planning for repairs. Develop training modules for troubleshooting electric bike complaints. Manage warranty processes and train dealers on warranty acceptance, providing guidelines as needed. Attend field complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the assigned territory. Proactively contribute to Kaizen initiatives and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt Preferred Candidates: Individuals with a background in the 2-wheeler service industry. Must have a knowledge of EV spare parts like battery, charger, specification
