About Company :

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Trainer to teach & train employees in specific technology area(s).You will

develop technical training programs and help them develop skills that will make them better professionals.Technical trainers

must be extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise and possess solid technical aptitude. Additionally, we expect you

to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way.The goal is to contribute to

the development of employee's technical skills to meet organisational needs.

Technical Must haves:

1. Javascript(ES6) - 6+ yrs of exp.

2. Node.js, NPM, YARN - 4+ yrs of exp.

3. Express.js - 4+ yrs of exp.

4. SQL - 3-4 yrs of exp.

5. ORM(Sequelize or Knex or TypeORM) - 2-3 yrs of exp.

6. React.js, JSX - 4+ yrs of exp.

7. Redux - 1-2 yrs of exp.

8. Mocha/Chai/Jest - 1-2 yrs of exp.

9. MongoDB - 1-2 yrs of exp.

Technicals Nice To have:

Typescript, HTML/CSS, AWS/Azure

Requirements

Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements

Produce training schedules and classroom agenda broken down to daily/weekly objectives

Determine course content according to training objectives & periodically update content to reflect the new changes

in technology

Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)

Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually

Keep and report data on completed classes, absences, issues etc. to the Training department in a timely manner

Observe and evaluate results & effectiveness of training programs. Make corrections to the program to improve the

effectiveness if necessary.

Training Competency:

Proven experience as a technical trainer who conducted at least 5-6 technical trainings for various organizations

and has been a trainer for 2 or more years

Can formulate bespoke training programs as per the need of the organization & type of audience

Experience planning the training curriculum in to logical & well defined daily/weekly objectives

Experience in devising assessments for the participants and grade the submissions

Excellent communication & presentation skills to present the technical content & engage the participants

Other Requirements:

Comfortable working in a highly agile and aggressive training time windows

Excellent communication skills with excellent proficiency in English language, both written and verbal

Computer science education or equivalent experience

Note: This is decided based on the roles deliverables.

However, remote employees are expected to attend the office for team meetings on
