Rustomjee Academy for Global Careers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Trainer in Construction to join our Construction Technology department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical training and practical instruction in various aspects of construction to our students. This role requires expertise in construction practices, instructional skills, and a commitment to preparing students for careers in the construction industry.
• To coordinate with contractor, client & Team.
• Identifying Training centers.
• Identifying available tools on site and at RAGC.
• Making tools on site.
• Arranging tools & equipment.
• To coordinate with the assistant trainer for available registered workers on site.
• Verify documents of available registered workers on site.
• To conduct training on site.
• To conduct On Job Training.
• To co-ordinate with the assessor & conduct assessment.
• To arrange Branding banners on site.
• To arrange convocation on site.
• To maintain a record of daily attendance of workers on site.
• To upload all reports (photo, video, attendance) on drive.
• Make necessary arrangements for assessment on site.
• To Prepare SDMS file on excel.
• To verify the batch & upload it on the portal.
• To prepare a task evaluation report.
• To update Day Wise Schedule.
Education:
? A degree or diploma or ITI in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
? 0-3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in practical construction techniques and project management.
? Previous experience as a technical trainer or instructor in a vocational or educational setting is preferred.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
