We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join our team. The Training team\'s primary objective is to interact with our customers to deliver educational content that will help them use and be successful with our product. Previous experience with training content and presentation skills are required. Additionally, expertise with delivering technical training or coaching in the field of software is recommended. Up to 10% travel possible and 50% of working hours will occur during US Eastern Time Zone hours of 9am-5pm. Essential Functions/Priorities: Deliver regular training on the Decisions software product, with the ability to present both remote and on-site at sites internationally. Plan, develop, and organize training events. Work within a team to continue the development of course materials and content. Develop and evolve training material as the product and customers continue to grow. Manage customer certifications and grading. Work closely with other departments to continue to identify areas that will allow our customers to be more successful. Assist internal training education efforts, including new hire training and continuing education. Support Duties: Work closely with the training and technical documentation team to identify, plan, and implement innovative training courses which provide an engaging learning experience for internal and external users. Revise and evolve training material as Decisions software changes. Manage content delivery on Decisions Learning Management System (LMS). Ability to present technical information both in writing and verbally. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree; preferably in English, Communication, Journalism, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Teaching, Curriculum Development or Scientific Publication, or the equivalent in professional experience. Prior technical development experience with programming languages, knowledge of SQL database or relational database skills, C#, CSS, SQL Server, Java, Oracle, etc. Proven working experience in technical training or an education field. Ability to deliver high-quality training; paying attention to detail either remote or in-person. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable. Must be able to set goals, prioritize multiple objectives with various deadlines, and independently manage projects. Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences. Practical technology aptitude to understand software, process automation, and general operation of programing being documented.
