The Technical Trainer will be responsible for implementing and delivering technical training sessions to the Freshers/Assistant Broadcast Engineer/Broadcast Engineer/Senior Broadcast Engineer. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver dynamic and interactive training sessions that captivate participants' attention and encourage active participation.
• Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing necessary adjustments to optimize learning outcomes.
• Keep training materials and manuals current and relevant by regularly updating them to align with evolving learning needs and industry standards.
• Monitor and track trainee progress and performance to ensure they are meeting learning objectives, providing guidance and support as needed. Provide solutions to close the gaps.
• Provide feedback on individual trainees.
• Recognize skill gaps among trainees and develop customized solutions to address these gaps effectively, fostering continuous improvement and skill development.
• Cultivate and nurture partnerships with external and equipment vendors to leverage additional resources and expertise, enriching the training experience.
• Support the development of engaging instructional materials such as videos and module summaries to support training programs and reinforce key concepts effectively.
• Explore and implement innovative teaching methodologies to enhance the effectiveness and engagement of training sessions continually.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging best practices in training and development, integrating new insights and strategies into training programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• B.Tech degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in delivering training workshops and sessions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze training needs and develop appropriate strategies.
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience working in Live sports Broadcasting and related areas.
• In-depth Knowledge of Baseband, Router, Switchers, Multi-viewers, Audio Mixer, Communication System & other Broadcast Equipment.
• Knowledge of Broadcast IP Environment including IP Video (SMPTE ST 2110) and audio Routing (ST-2110-31) and programming of Cisco & Arista Switches would be Preferable.
• Familiar with the setup and integration of Broadthe cast Control Room.
• Experience with EVS equipment & and EVS Networking including EVS, X-File, X-Hub, IP Director, etc could be an advantage.
• Experience with Audio Mixers, & other audio-related Equipment used in Broadcast.
• An understanding of radio, television, and the associated transmission and carrier systems. Understanding of computers, servers, IT systems, and networks.
• Should be Flexible to Travel to Venues to understand the Loophole in an Individual & also to understand the needs of the Client in this Changing Broadcast Platform.
• He will facilitate the On Job Training.
• Should be available for Training Sessions arranged by OEMs or by the Organization Offline/Online across any Country & should be able to Train/groom the Team thereafter.
• CCNA Certification would be preferred.
