\xc2\xa7 Strong training experience highly preferred in Embedded C, Microcontroller, Arm, Automotive, \xc2\xa7 Hands on programming with C, C++, Linux operating systems, Shell scripting, ARM, MATLAB, Embedded system software etc. \xc2\xa7 Should have detailed knowledge and experience on microcontrollers (ARM7TDMI, TM32/CORTEX) \xc2\xa7 Expert in programming Embedded C/C++ applications with strong background in C/C++ macros, structures, templates and pointers, class, inheritance. \xc2\xa7 Strong knowledge and training experience in embedded C and RTOS Strong in OS concepts like efficient multi-threading and resource-sharing. \xc2\xa7 Expert knowledge on protocols like (RS485, SPI, I2C, ADCs, PWM, CAN) Good Exposure to Embedded development tools/IDE (KEIL/IAR/STMCube) \xc2\xa7 Strong debugging skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a self-starter. \xc2\xa7 Expertise in handling multiple inhouse and corporate trainings with proven track record and quality delivery. \xc2\xa7 Experienced in course content development based on the training requirements. Course material development \xc2\xa7 Experience in developing Hands-on projects and hand-holding large groups of students in the same. \xc2\xa7 Corporate Training : Understand the requirements from client and deliver training as per the corporate clients requirements. \xc2\xa7 Working experiences on embedded systems project development \xc2\xa7 Knowledge on Hardware\xe2\x80\x99s \xc2\xa7 Experienced in all phases of product life cycle including requirements, design, coding \xc2\xa7 Managing all aspects of the training cycle i.e. Training need analysis, course development, implementation and delivery, monitoring and evaluation. \xc2\xa7 Ensuring quality delivery to students \xc2\xa7 Establish expectations with project members and provide timely feedback
