Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different audiences, including employees at various skill levels, customers, and partners.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay current with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering, integrating new knowledge into training programs as needed.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback mechanisms, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to participants as needed, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their learning objectives.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, equipment setup, and facilities management.
Stay up-to-date with developments in adult learning theory and instructional design, applying best practices to enhance the quality and effectiveness of training programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
Minimum of [1-2] years of experience working in the field of electrical engineering, with a strong understanding of fundamental concepts and practical applications.
