Determines regional training requirements (online- and offline courses)
Checks and determines regional contents (conform to compliance Specifications and didactic standards)
Plans, organizes and moderates regional trainer conferences
Conducts regional train the trainer events or service partner trainings
Develops and qualifies service organizations for products- digital challenges, service Software solutions and apps
Develops surveys to measure knowledge transfer
Basic Education and Experience:
Engineering preferably in electrical / electronics
Proven 4 - 5 years experience in Training Service
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
