Location: MumbaiPosition: Technical Trainer- Customer ServiceJob summary:

  • Ensures customer satisfaction and added values with best service quality
  • Trains regional customer service organizations via train-the-trainer concept
  • Shapes the training concept and standards
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Determines regional training requirements (online- and offline courses)
  • Checks and determines regional contents (conform to compliance Specifications and didactic standards)
  • Plans, organizes and moderates regional trainer conferences
  • Conducts regional train the trainer events or service partner trainings
  • Develops and qualifies service organizations for products- digital challenges, service Software solutions and apps
  • Develops surveys to measure knowledge transfer
Basic Education and Experience:
  • Engineering preferably in electrical / electronics
  • Proven 4 - 5 years experience in Training Service
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
Authorities:Decides: Training efforts, schedules, participants with regards on effectiveness, resources and costs
