As a Technical Trainer at SPECTRA, S/He will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers and internal teams are proficient in the use and maintenance of our attendance and access control systems. S/He will design, develop, and deliver training programs to help end-users, system integrator and employees maximize the benefits of our solutions. Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and online courses. Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different customer segments and internal teams. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions for customers including on-site and remote training. Train company employees, including sales, customer support, and installation teams, on product knowledge and technical skills. Ensure training sessions are interactive, informative, and tailored to the audience\'s skill level. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed training documentation, user guides, and FAQs. Keep training materials up to date with the latest product updates and improvements. Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and evaluations. Continuously improve training materials and methods based on feedback and industry best practices. Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and product updates to ensure accurate and relevant training content. Required Skills Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a technical trainer or a similar role in the technology industry. In-depth knowledge of attendance and access control systems, including hardware and software components. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Proficiency in creating training materials and documentation. Ability to adapt training programs to various audiences, including end-users and employees. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional training experiences. Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site training sessions (if required). Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Trainer) are a plus.
