L2Work LocationReliance Corporate Park - Navi Mumbai,ScopeTo provide expertise for provisioning, management and troubleshooting passive & active Infrastructure components in Data centres.To provide 24x7 operation support for implementation and break fix calls. installation, management, configuration and troubleshooting expertise inclusive of passive components, Operating systems, and backup media management.Maintaining Service Level Agreement (SLA) or OLA (Operational Level Agreement) of highest standards and Turn-Around Time (TAT) as agreed in service delivery and service assurance. Technical SkillsInstall, configure, test, and maintain Windows/Linux/VMware operating systems, application software, and system management tools.Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure.Develop and maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.Design and implement the organizations incident response capabilities and processes.Test application performance to identify bottlenecks and other issues and develop possible solutions, working with developers to implement them.Write, deploy, and maintain custom scripts to improve the efficiency of the system.Provide advanced support for all users and applications.Troubleshoot issues at all stack levels, including network, application, database, and services.Proactively identify improvements to existing processes and practices within the Windows environment and collaborate with the engineering team to implement them.Build automation into the release process to support continuous development.Hands-on Experience in executing passive structured cabling infrastructure as a project or in operational requirement and troubleshooting of the same. Also, carryout maintenance activity successfully as per the laid guidelines.Hands-on Experience in handling back up media task in enterprise tape library including restoration of media, basic troubleshooting of enterprise Tape library along with documentation.Basic Knowledge of IP addressing schemes (IPv4 & IPv6)Fundamental Knowledge on Cisco networking devices and operating systems in compute would be an advantageShould have worked in IT systems using Remote Management tools, configuration using local console.Knowledge or experience of using Enterprise Service Management tools for automated testing, Monitoring (for OS, Network, Applications, etc.), Event correlation engines, Service desk (ITIL compliance, workflow and Self Service), etc.Should be well versed with different flavours of Operating systems and installation of same through manual mode or through automation.Requirements

• Should have fundamental and intermediate level technical OEM certifications for relevant products or technologies.
• Knowledge or experience of using Enterprise Service Management tools for automated testing, Monitoring (for OS, Network, Applications, etc.), Event correlation engines, Service desk (ITIL compliance, workflow and Self Service), etc.
• Should have capabilities to resolve issues in operating systems, passive infrastructure.
• Exposure to technologies like Networking and Compute environment, Backup policies etc.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills, strong conceptual and analytical skills along-with ability to work as an effective team member.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Soft skills Interpersonal relationship management, Time Management, procedure driven etc.
