ROLE : SERVICE DESK (Technical Voice Support) LOCATION : Pune JOB DESCRIPTION : Managing one or more customer service or service desk functions. Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services . Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self- service , and automated. Requirements Qualification : Graduate with 15 years of formal education Shift : 24*7 Experience : 1-5 years of Experience in Service Desk If experience than must have: Minimum 1 year of Service Desk Technical Support Must have experience of Microsoft Outlook 365, Bit Locker &; Active Directory, internet issues, blue screen issues. Also must have experience in Laptop/Desktop Troubleshooting &; VPN Installation 5 days working, 2 rotational weak off. work from office Skill set :: Technical Service Desk(Voice)-L1 and L2 Support. 1yr to 5yrs Technical support exp, salary upto 6 lpa Benefits Process incentive and IJP
