: Job Opening: Technical Support Voice Location: Chennai, Sholinganallur Company: Leading American multinational information technology services and consulting company Job Title: Technical Support Voice Work Arrangement: Work From Office Shift: Rotational Shift Week Off: 5 days working (2 days rotational week off) :

• Providing technical support via voice process

• Resolving laptop/desktop/Internet/Broadband issues through troubleshooting

• Handling customer technical issues

Requirements:

• Graduates, undergraduates with minimum 1 year experience, and postgraduates can apply

• Immediate joiner required

• Ability to work in US shift timing and night shift

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

• Good technical knowledge

Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate Salary:

• Fresher: up to 3.50 lpa

• Experienced: up to 6 lpa
