Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Technician to join our team at GenX. This role involves providing technical support and expertise in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems according to client specifications and industry standards.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for CCTV system installations and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV hardware and software.
• Conduct system testing and ensure proper functionality before handover to clients.
• Train clients or end-users on the operation and maintenance of CCTV systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CCTV Installation Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in installing and configuring CCTV cameras, DVRs, and related equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Knowledge of networking principles and IP camera systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
