Technical Support Specialist
Job Description
Technical Support:
•Key Responsibilities: •
• Provide first-level technical support to warehouse staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• CCTV Installation and management.
• Respond to queries either in person, via email, or over the phone.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using diagnostic tools and software.
•System Maintenance: •
• Monitor and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) and other related technologies.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and routine maintenance to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Coordinate with IT for advanced technical issues and system enhancements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
