Job description:
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls of our customers ensuring exceptional service at every interaction.
  • Listen attentively, understand and document customer requirements and issues on CRM
  • Provide prompt and knowledgeable solutions to customer issues
  • Conduct regular follow ups on issues raised to ensure complete resolution of the issue and customer satisfaction
  • Update your technical skills with constant learning and develop an in-depth understanding of the product & its purpose of use in real time for customers
  • Demo the product to potential buyers in an effective manner. Training will be provided for the same and you will be evaluated in the end
  • Conduct exhaustive software training sessions to help new clients (usually doctors & other healthcare professionals) navigate the product with ease
  • Lead & co-ordinate with a team of technical support executives & deliver a seamless user experience to customers
Skills: 1. Excellent communication skills with fluency in written & spoken English and conversant in as many of these regional languages: Hindi/Tamil/Telegu/Malayalam/Kannada 2. Problem-solving ability & attention to detail 3. Previous experience in customer facing roles and technical support is an added advantage but applications from diverse backgrounds are welcome as well if skills match 4. Good knowledge of working with MySQL database queries 5. Good functional knowledge of MS Office- especially Word and Excel Qualifications:
  • 10th,12th (preferably science or Maths) with a score of above 80%
  • Graduates/professionals from any field (B.A., B.Sc., etc)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 20,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Benefits:
