We work to build a culture that values excellent DevOps: speed, agility, cost savings and higher quality.About the RoleWorking in a very dynamic environment to get user issues resolved and new projects rolled out.Responsibilities

• Monitor, support, troubleshoot, and resolve operating issues, including failures and service-level degradation.
• Resolving end users desktop computer issues that may include but not limited to hardware, printer troubleshooting and configuration.
• Monitoring, support, and troubleshooting the IT infrastructure for operating issues involving failures, degradation, and event correlation.
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution for all types of IT infrastructure as assigned.
• Answer internal or external users inquiries regarding computer hardware and software.
• Initiate corrective actions to ensure connectivity and minimize downtime.
• Building Laptops for new employees.

Requirements

• Possess good written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot operations issues.
• Ability to complete basic hardware/software installations.
• Basic understanding of software monitoring tools & understanding of backup procedures.
