Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Technical Assistant with 3 to 5 years of experience to join us in projects team. The ideal candidate will excel in using MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and possess a keen aesthetic sense to produce professional and visually appealing presentations. Experience with Power BI or similar software is a plus.Key Responsibilities:

• Presentation Creation: Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations using advanced tools, techniques, and design elements to ensure a professional and engaging visual presentation.
• Document and Report Preparation: Create and format documents and reports in Word and Excel, ensuring proper use of fonts, colours, and layout for clarity and impact.
• Corporate Experience: Demonstrate a solid understanding of corporate environments and how to effectively present information to management.
• Technical Adaptability: Translate technical information into clear and well-organized presentations and reports, with strong written English skills.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in engineering (BE), Bachelor of Science (BS), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), or a related field. Microsoft certification is an advantage.
• Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role, with a proven track record of creating impactful presentations and documents.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and knowledge of Power BI or equivalent software.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the construction or real estate industry is preferred but not required.
